In accordance with the legal provisions:
1. Any product can be returned within 14 days. The consumer has the right to notify in writing that he is canceling the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. The only costs that can be borne by the consumer are the direct costs of delivering the products.
2. According to the laws in force, products can be returned within 14 days only if the products are in their original packaging with all accessories.
3. Products that have been unsealed, tested or tried on, with signs of wear, products that show bumps, physical changes, quantitative shortages, chips, scratches are not accepted for return.
4. If the return conditions are met, we will return the money to you within a maximum of 1-2 days (from the moment the return reaches us) by bank transfer, the amount that will include the counter value of the products, less the expenses of Transport.
5. For orders paid by card, the amount will be returned to the same card used for the transaction, within the term established by law.
